Comments: swam terrible. I decided to try out the flip turns but that didn't go as well as i hoped. i realized i could've gotten a better time if i stuck to my normal "touch the wall and go" routine. But it was a good experience. What would you do differently?: no flip turns. too short of a pool length. Transition 1
Comments: took a while to get my shoes on. i wasted a couple minutes getting my clothing on. What would you do differently?: figure out a better system to putting clothes on Bike
Comments: didn't know how to use the bike trainer the right way. didn't realize the harder the resistance you set, the faster you went. o well What would you do differently?: know before i go Transition 2
Comments: felt good going into transition. went out a little too hard though. Run
Comments: felt good. had to stop halfway through and throw up though. But after i got the cliff gel shots out of me i felt better. What would you do differently?: train harder Post race

stretched a little, went to the bathroom about 6 times within 30 minutes or so.....talked to other athletes.
jumped in water and swam a couple laps. just enough to get my heart rate up a little bit.
