Comments: Not in a big hurry, wanted to get a bit dry first. Debated whether to put on my cycling windbreaker as I had planned, but it had warmed up considerably so I just put on my long sleeve wicking shirt. What would you do differently?: Know what I was going to wear ahead of time. Bike
Comments: Fun bike course, if you powered through the downhill you could usually make it up the other side. What would you do differently?: Nothing, it was great. Transition 2
Comments: Couldn't find my rack at all. What would you do differently?: Practice taking feet out of shoes and pedaling with them on top. Remember where my rack is when coming in and leaving from different spots. Run
Comments: I'm a slow, slow jogger especially after swimming and biking. Able to keep jogging with only 3 <1 min walks though. What would you do differently?: Train more on longer distances. Post race
Warm down: Got food. What limited your ability to perform faster: Needed more calories, wanted something on bike but all I had was crystal light. Next time I'll bring something to munch on and a beverage with calories. Event comments: This was a well-run and organized tri. Granted only my second ever, but I've watched others.
