Comments:

Slightly better than awful.
Transition 1
  • 02m 25s
Comments:

Took a nap and ate a sausage & egg biscuit, apparently.
Bike
  • 44m 38s
  • 17 miles
  • 22.85 mile/hr
Comments:

Played back & forth with folks too much. Much preferred being out on my own like @ WLH. Way to much soft pedaling to avoid repassing the same person for the 7th time. Eh.
Transition 2
  • 01m 51s
Run
  • 22m 41s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 07m 17s  min/mile
Comments:

I was much closer than going under 22 minutes than I thought. I really should have dug deeper. Dug at all, really.
Post race
Event comments:

I went there to have fun & enjoy myself and I did. Weather was spectacular. Good socializing. And I still felt good enough to get a good workout in on Sunday. I still think about giving up sprints as I suck at them and they can be fairly hard on morale. So maybe race two or three times in a year and just spend the rest of the time training is what I'm cut out for.
But there's FREE BEER at latta....
