Comments: Felt great. i was pacing my friend who wanted to get around 1:45. Pacing went well and was always around 7:45- 8:05/mile. Post race
Event comments: In training for the Oceanside Half Ironman, I planned to do a moderate intensity long ride (41 miles, 2.5 Hours, 130 avg HR) the day before this half marathon. I wanted to get a feel of running on fatigued legs. Next week I am going for a PR (under 1:41, sub 1:40 even better!), at the Surf City Half Marathon. Last updated: 2009-01-14 12:00 AM
