I wanted to throw up and quit after this run, I was stitching badly and felt quite ill. Probably a result from the swim.

Very tough going, considering the chop I did OK, I am getting more confident in the water now.

I walked/ran to the water, I didn't want to go back in but I wanted to finish this thing and not for it to finish me!
What would you do differently?:

I think the club aquathlons have been a good part of my training.
I felt good and reasonably confident.
