Comments: I did much better on this run than when we did the practice run the weekend before. I was almost six and half mins faster. What would you do differently?: I would warm up more. I think I need to run more before I race. Post race
Warm down: Walked around a bit, ate couple bananas and had a beer. What limited your ability to perform faster: Humidity. Event comments: Gulfwinds did a great job! It was a great race and I plan to do it again next year. Last updated: 2009-01-20 12:00 AM

Got up at 6 and watched some tv, ate a banana and peanut butter crackers.
Ran to warmup and stretched for about 10 mins. My ankle was bothering me a little bit but not too bad.
