Comments: Course was great and played to my strengths but after the 2nd mile i started to die out. I should have drank some heed b4 the big hill. What would you do differently?: work on doing more bricks at race distances! Post race
Warm down: Walked around and got a massage and cheered people on. What limited your ability to perform faster: experience!!!! I really need to work on race distances for the bike and run. Event comments: Well this is my 1st of many Tri's and this one will be special to me. I was ready and I worked really hard! My goal was between 1:08 and 1:10. Drank some Heed had 2 cliff bars. (I Love these things) Relaxed and listen to my Ipod. Just chilled and met new friends. Tried to soak up the experince of doing my 1st Tri.
Did some light running and alot of streching. Also swam 100 yards wished I'd had swam more so I could get my breathing right.
