I WAS GOOD OUT OF THE WATER UNTIL I NOTICED THAT THERE WAS A STEEP HILL TO THE TRANSITION AREA....I COULD NOT FIND MY BIKE!
What would you do differently?:

I WAS JUST DAZED FROM THE SWIM. I SHOULD OF TAKEN DEEP BREATHS AND JUST RELAXED A LITTLE BIT MORE.

WELL I DID STOP FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES TO HELP A FELLOW RACER THAT GOT A FLAT. GAVE HIM MY CO2 CARTRIDGE AND ADAPTER AND ROLLED OUT.

NOT LISTED ON RESULTS. I JUST ESTIMATED MY RUN TIME BASED ON WHAT I HAVE ALREADY AND IT LOOKS LIKE I DID HORRIBLE ON THE RUN. OF COURSE ABOUT 50% OF THE RUN WAS A STEEP ASS HILL FROM THE GET GO.

TRAIN HARDER ON HILLS.

MY FAMILY LOVED IT AND WAS ALSO INSPIRED BY TWO RUNNERS THAT WERE BLIND AND COMPLETED THE RACE.
