Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 830 or so, hydrated and drove down to Wash Park. Didnt know the procedure but fairly simple.
Event warmup:

Walked back and forth from car. Approx 1/2 mile. Hard to get warmed up, very very cold.

First official 5k, started with a good 4 min run/1 min walk. Tapered from there. Hills seemed to come when I was on run not walk. Paced with a few people.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Need to train more.

Walked my legs out, stretched. At a couple of bagels and some water.
