Comments: First official 5k, started with a good 4 min run/1 min walk. Tapered from there. Hills seemed to come when I was on run not walk. Paced with a few people. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Need to train more. Post race

Woke up at 830 or so, hydrated and drove down to Wash Park. Didnt know the procedure but fairly simple.
Walked back and forth from car. Approx 1/2 mile. Hard to get warmed up, very very cold.
