Pre-race routine:

Spent time with wife who was sick and could not run this one :-( , she was at every lap though to cheer me on.
Event warmup:

Light stretch about 10 min before.

Comments:

Shin splints had been hurting from previous days brick run workout. However I must say the BC Powder 1 hour before killed all pain until about 4 hours after.
What would you do differently?:

No Brick workouts before the race day

My Legs :-)

Will be back next year going for a faster time and with my wife by my side
