A much better swim than last year. I was relaxed and stayed calm, except when I was in the deep seaweed.

Still not used to running with the bike shoes. Had some troubles getting started on the bike.

Practice mounting and running.

Bike harder and faster. I need to push myself a little harder.

I need to practice dismounting and runnning with the bike.

My run felt hard the first 1k but then I was able to maintain control of my breathing after that and was able to focus on my running style. My legs felt like they wer 50lbs each.
What would you do differently?:

RUN FASTER!!!!!!!

Course: Triangular course in a harbour. There was a dog leg this year, which was new but really helped with staying out of the way of boats. The water was nice and smooth, but there was alot of seaweed.

Course: Some tiny little inclines. One going into the park and one going over the Sturgeon Creek. There was and out and back repeated twice. There was suppose to be a water station at one of the turn abouts, not sure why it was not set up.
