Comments: A much better swim than last year. I was relaxed and stayed calm, except when I was in the deep seaweed. What would you do differently?: Go faster and kick more. Transition 1
Comments: Still not used to running with the bike shoes. Had some troubles getting started on the bike. What would you do differently?: Practice mounting and running. Bike
Comments: Not sure why I am so slow on the bike. I felt much fast last year. What would you do differently?: Bike harder and faster. I need to push myself a little harder. Transition 2
Comments: My feet slipped on the road when I got off the bike. What would you do differently?: I need to practice dismounting and runnning with the bike. Run
Comments: My run felt hard the first 1k but then I was able to maintain control of my breathing after that and was able to focus on my running style. My legs felt like they wer 50lbs each. What would you do differently?: RUN FASTER!!!!!!! Post race
