What would you do differently?:

Followed the group for a little on the first lap. Then realized they were not going the most direct way. Would not follow main group in future.

It was a long run from the beach to the transition zone. I probably could've shaved a minute off if I'd been a bit more aggressive.

I think I could've gone harder, but wasn't sure how hard to push it without burning myself out for the run.
What would you do differently?:

I'd go a bit harder I think. Also would eat some solids during first 1 1/2 hours. Would not drink Hammer past 2 hour marker.

I'm happy with this transition time. I could've shaved maybe 20-30 seconds, but that's about it.

Felt ill for most of the run. Was quite rough. I actually felt ill before the race started, but it got worse on the run. Ended up having to take off my waterbelt because it was pressing on my stomach.
What would you do differently?:

Leave the waterbelt behind.
