Comments:

My time above is my watch time. I had to stop twice to use the restroom, the first time I gave up since I was in line with 5 other ladies and it was superslow. The second stop was longer.
What would you do differently?:

I am happy with this run, I felt good and had relatively consistant miles. The stingers weren't fun but I got through them.
Post race
Warm down:

Easy walk and stretch, plus some food and drink.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I didn't really train for this, I was just hoping to complete it and run at a comfortable pace.

Event comments:

Good confidence builder, I am happy with the way my running is going right now.

Performance: Good
My goal was to have consistent miles. I had no expectations for this race, in fact I did not think it would have gone well. I was feeling great until about mile 11 where I got a nasty stinger in my core that brought me to a stop. It took about 5 minutes of slow walking for it to pass. Mile 1- 10:42 (144/173) Mile 2- 11:01 (157/166) - 2 short climbs Mile 3- 10:17 (161/171) - long gradual decent Mile 4- 10:28 (161/167) Mile 5- 10:31 (167/173) Mile 6- 10:22 (160/174) Mile 7- 10:22 (164/173) Mile 8- 10:31 (167/181) - start of the next climb Mile 9- 11:12 (168/175) Mile 10- 11:47 (164/170) - all uphill from here Mile 11- 12:08 (165/173) - first of the core stingers Mile 12- 14:28 (150/169) - about a 5m walk to releive the stinger Mile 13- 10:47 (166/180) - felt good once the stinger went away Last 0.2- 1:08 (182/185) - pushed the finish plus had a steep climb
Course: Basically an out and back. The first 6-6.5 miles were mostly downhill and the last 4-5 were mostly uphill.
