Comments: Started out of transition with no issues. What would you do differently?: Nada Bike
Comments: Nutrition was spot on. Took a Gu about 30 min into the race, and took a sip of Accelerade every 100 kJ or so. What would you do differently?: Start training more with power now that I know my knee is able to handle the stress. Transition 2
Comments: No issues. Took a bit of time to put sunscreen on. What would you do differently?: Nada Run
Comments: Ran with another individual (dave wilson/Atlanta) and he and I kept each other moving. We spent more time chatting than focusing on running, which is a slight part of the total run time. What would you do differently?: Nada. Running with someone is better than running alone. Post race

Up at 5; PB on whole grain; banana. Got everything ready and headed to transition. Found out that the weather conditions on the water was terrible and that they had canceled the swim portion, making this a simple Du. Set up transition and milled around.
