Comments: Extremely happy with my performance today. I was aiming for just under 2 hours and smashed that time. I have never gone hard on a long run so I had no idea what kind of pace I could keep. I kept a good pace for the first 9 miles and then decided to pick it up for the last 4 miles and I was able to hang on through the finish. What would you do differently?: Not wear a jacket Post race
