Comments:

I was barely in the water when the horn went off to go. I needed a second to get used to the water temperature. Then I was stuck behind three slower swimmers swimming in a row across. I tried to pass and the next wave came, so I waited and then passed them. Once I did that, I was able to get into a rhythm and swam pretty good for the second half.
What would you do differently?:

Get in the water a little earlier and know that I don't need to be the last swimmer in the pack anymore.

T1 was good, moved quickly considering how tired I was. Took in a gel on the way out of T1.
