Wake up at 4am, eat a bowl of yogurt and a banana, drive 100 miles to the venue.

Comments:

Water was super cold since they released the dam the night before to raise the water levels. This race was my motivation to buy my wetsuit. Kept getting clawed by someones toenail in the swim.

Very nice 2 lap course with one big winding tour de france style hill. I wasnt fan of th little single file barn you have to go through though.

My legs were spent from the bike, and I kept cramping. My calves were cramping badly in the start, I stopped to stretch real quick and that seemed to help. My gut was not feeling well either. I dont like heed anymore!!
What would you do differently?:

Not drink Heed, and be better trained for the run
