Comments:

Held a fantastic pace (avg 8:20) up until mile 19 then all hell broke loose. Legs felt ok but my GI begin to cramp and I became really sick to my stomach. Unable to puke or get the cramps to stop I begin 3:1 run walk to finish.
What would you do differently?:

Not sure why I got sick. I know that I was not the only one but I used the same breakfast and same race fuel. I didn't change anything.

GI issues.

Event comments:

The people of Salmon are the best, VERY friendly. Small field so you get lots of attention from the race volunteers. This is a great race, a must do if you don't mind the drive.
