Comments: My goal was to run about 8:30 per mile, I was able to surpass that. It was a great run. What would you do differently?: Figure out how to lose the 20 lbs I still carry around with me. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, stretched. Congratulated Dudley. Congratulated Steve on his great run, he averaged 9:01 per mile while his goal was 10:00. Drank some Gatoraide and ate a little bit of food. What limited your ability to perform faster: A little extra weight and it's early in my training season. Event comments: No water on the route. Didn't really need it myself.
