Comments: Really good race. Went out really fast and only fought crowds for the first 1/2 mile. Saw Russ about 2 miles in and paced him until mile 5 and then passed him. Passed the 5K timer at 19:20. After mile 4 I ran hard until I fatigued and then dropped to a 7:00 pace until I caught my breath and then sped up again. Did this 4 times. Didn't finish as strong as I'd like, but still PR'd and finished in the top 500. Very pleased. What would you do differently?: Interval training for a 10K. Post race

Woke up at 5:00 and ate cereal. Relaxed. Ate a mini bagel around 6:30.
2.5 mile warm up running the river and around through the quarter. Met up with Jeremy and did another mile.
