Pre-race routine:

Breakfast : 1 bagel, shake w/ fruits and orange juice
40 minutes before the race, I took a gel and water.
Event warmup:

10 minutes of easy running with 3-4 strides, walked a littel bit, ran another 5-10 before the race. I had to wait 2-3 minutes at the start.

Comments:

at 12k : cramp in my stomach, I had to walk for 5-10s and run slower for 3-5 minutes, I picked up the pace after.

at 17k+ : I wanted to puke really bad, I felt that my legs were fine but I couldn't push the pace because of that. If I could fix that, I'm pretty sure I would have gone faster by 1 or 2 minutes.
What would you do differently?:

Drink less gatorade early in the race.
Post race
Warm down:

Nothing. Ate a bagel and banana.

90' nap at home.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My legs were very very good but I wanted to puke the last 4k for I don't know which reason.

Event comments:

Not enough drink stations, sometimes we had to run 5k in between.
