Run
Comments: at 12k : cramp in my stomach, I had to walk for 5-10s and run slower for 3-5 minutes, I picked up the pace after. at 17k+ : I wanted to puke really bad, I felt that my legs were fine but I couldn't push the pace because of that. If I could fix that, I'm pretty sure I would have gone faster by 1 or 2 minutes. What would you do differently?: Drink less gatorade early in the race. Post race
Warm down: Nothing. Ate a bagel and banana. 90' nap at home. What limited your ability to perform faster: My legs were very very good but I wanted to puke the last 4k for I don't know which reason. Event comments: Not enough drink stations, sometimes we had to run 5k in between. Last updated: 2009-02-15 12:00 AM
