Comments: I already started cramping early on the first run. Transition 1

Comments: Just rode steady hard. What would you do differently?: Actually screwed up by not drinking all the water in my bottle. Transition 2
Comments: The major cramping started when I jump off the bike. I had to lay down in the T zone for a while trying to keep my left quad from cramping. It was hard because my left hammy would try to cramp when I stretched out the quad. Drank all my fluids. Run
Comments: Cramping. Walked the first 0.25 mile. Walked many more times because of cramping. Last year I was almost 4 minutes faster. I am sure I lost 5 to 6 minutes from T2 on. I came into T2 in third place and slipped to 7th at the end. It should have been 4th with the lead I had on 5th and 6th. Post race
Warm down: Nothing. I tried to run but was tired and sore. What limited your ability to perform faster: Way under hydrated. I'll probably not make that mistake again. Event comments: Never really sure what others think I mean by "Rate this Race" but I am rating the event itself, not my performance. My performance I'd have to give a 2.
