HFP does not have me in the results due to a timing chip malfunction. I spoke to them at the race course and am now still trying to be added to the results.

This was a very good run for me. One of my fastest in a duathlon. I went harder than I wanted because so many people were in front of me.

Another very good run for me. I knew coming out of T2 I was a bit over 1 minute faster than last year. I ran hard to keep from loosing that minute and ended up making up another minute plus.

Stretched, waded in the water, and sweated like a mammy jammer.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I did very well.

Event comments:

I hope HFP gets me in the results. They seem to have tightened their belt a little bit on enforcing rules. I hope they continue with that effort.
