Comments: I think that I may have went out too fast at the start. Otherwise, I felt pretty good. What would you do differently?: Not start out as fast. Transition 1
Comments: I didn't track my T1 time on my GPS and the final results didn't have a T1 time posted. I think that they may have added it to the run. My guess is that it took around 40-50 seconds. What would you do differently?: Track the transition time. Bike
Comments: Unfortunately, I took a wrong turn along with a lot of other people. There was an area with an intersection and not any volunteers in that spot. At the time I didn't realize I was going in the wrong direction, I just made sure that I could see the cyclists ahead of me. Otherwise I felt that I was cycling well. What would you do differently?: Be more aware of the roads on the course. Transition 2

Post race
Warm down: Walked around and stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: This was my first duathlon of the season. I probably need to put more time in on the bike. Had oatmeal, apple juice and coffee. Then drove to race.
Slow run for about 10 minutes. Stretched out legs afterwards.
