chilly morning, decided to run in long sleeve shirt. No issues. Again, my legs felt heavy in the beginning but then began to warm up. Ate a hammer shot 15 minutes prior to the run.

warm up more, stretch more

no real issues. just need to go faster. practice this.

good course overall, there was one section which lasted about 5 miles which was pretty rough road.
What would you do differently?:

more aero. this was my first riding this distance this year. I need more time in the saddle. Instead of an hour I need to spend about 2 hours.
