Comments: Did better today! I didn't think I would, but I used a different strategy after learning yesterday. I didn't go out as hard so I was able to stay stronger during the middle and later portions of the race. I was able to take two steps at a time for about the entire event. I cut 39 seconds of yesterday's time. Post race
Warm down: Took a little O2 from the paramedics, since they were there and offered it! Ate and drank. I was happy because I felt MUCH better after the race compared to yesterday.
