Oatmeal for breakfast, shake an hour later.
Set up transition area.
gu packet, with water, 30 - 35 min before swim
Chat with other racers I know, and some I do not.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Training, weight. I need to be more focused , and loose the remaining 20 - 25 lbs.

Event comments:

Faster over 2008 by 28:12. I was aiming for 30 min, but i let up on the training.

Overall i am happy with my performance.
