Warm down: Stupidly I did no stretching, just a bit of walking around. Paid for it the night after the race, Lactic acid build up made my legs very sore and uncomfortable. What limited your ability to perform faster: Average swim navigation lost me a few seconds and an average preparation for dismount from the bike lost me a few more as well. Could have gone a little faster on the last 2km of the run.. Apart from that I don't think I could have gone too much faster. Event comments: JT Races always well run. Record number of entries for this one made it a little more challenging on the bike leg but it was great to see so many at the start of the swim. Last updated: 2009-02-22 12:00 AM
