Comments: Had one late registration guy seed himself too far back pass me. Actualy gave me a chance to draft for a a length!! What would you do differently?: get in the water a little more Transition 1
Comments: the time on this transition is a huge ???? Not timed on the mats, and I can not get the numbers on my watch, bike computer and official times to jive at all What would you do differently?: Was a very clean, but not rushed transition. Maybe time it would help :) Bike
Comments: The offical time includes T1. I had 34:09 on my bike computer, also includes the run in part of T1 and T2. The pace on my bike computer had me at 18+ MPH, and that is a realy good sign for me. What would you do differently?: Need to work out pushing the tempo up durring training. Maybe get to 20 MPH time trials. Transition 2
Comments: again, can not figure out the transition times too many variables What would you do differently?: Good tranistion, so I am happy Run
Comments: Quite surprised my legs responded so well off the bike. A tad sluggish just after T2, but I was moving pretty good for what I could expect. My watch time had 31:16, which is in line with the 10 min + splits I was getting. Somehow this races times were off, but they seemed that way for almost everyone I talked to. Was very happy the run to the line was about a 1/4 mile down hill. Finished extreamly strong, and it felt GREAT!! What would you do differently?: Not miss a week of training and not ride quite so hard on the bike less than a week before the race. Post race
Warm down: died, extreamly winded, but happy What limited your ability to perform faster: training Event comments: small feel race. Recomend it to everyone Last updated: 2009-02-22 12:00 AM
