Not be injured. Practice more hills and speed intervals.

Warm down:

Walking the 2.5 back to the hotel. Uphill. Took massive big strides and rewarded myself

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Pelvic injury. Weight. Stiffness.

Event comments:

Great race. But I will NOT stay at the same hotel again! I will camp! It was great that Leah and Mike picked me up!!!! Very well organized with enough water stations to suffice :) Got to one of the most scenic routes ever!
