Comments: Followed the plan, slower first 2 miles, build for next 5 and bring er home the last 3 miles. Finished strong passing folks all the way down to the last 200 yards with a solid sprint at the end. Felt really good and a PR of over 6 minutes from last year's race same location. Handled hills well, passed folks going up and going down hills. What would you do differently?: Nothing, simply a training issue, train more run faster. Post race
Warm down: Minor stretching, got a pbj, some water and a chocolate milkshake, drove home. What limited your ability to perform faster: Just training level. Run more, get faster.
