Comments: Struggled mile 8, 10 and on. 8 had a larger elevation gain and went against the wind for a bit. 10 and on was either fueling or just being tired. I set a PR, but didn't hit my goal. What would you do differently?: Not sure, maybe carry a water bottle with sustained energy instead of gels and relying on course water. Post race

Got up at 6:00am, had an english muffin with PB&J and a banana with a cup of coffee. Arrived at the race at 7:20, race start was 8am.
Stretched and ran about a .3 mile.
