Decent bike ride for me. At least three minutes faster than last year. Other than riding in the pouring rain, I was quite pleased with the ride.
What would you do differently?:

Work on getting my shoes off before the transition area.

Typical run for me. Although it was raining, my time was around a minute faster than last year, so all the training showed a little. The course needs to identify mile markers.

Push harder.
