Comments: From the pool to the transition area is very long about 50yrds. and transition point are not assigned. What would you do differently?: Get there eairlier and set up a better spot had to opt for the run side over the bike side. Bike
Comments: I loved this course and would do it for a fun ride or a trainning ride any time. What would you do differently?: parctice practice this course it is very decieving,The rolling hills drive different theen they ride on a bike. Transition 2
Comments: not bad knew this time would be better cuz i got there late so I opted to take a rack next to the run out. What would you do differently?: nothing it went really well Run
Comments: Great course and well put together loved the every mile water points. What would you do differently?: Find a way to motivate myself I had no one to push me. I was running at a very comfortable pace and wish I could have pushed myself a little more. i guess I need to sign up with people who are just as competitive. Post race
Warm down: cheered others on and talked to family What limited your ability to perform faster: I did really well I got a PR (I know its only my 3rd race but hey I cut 1:10 off my best time, so far) I got my 2nd goal as well. I just wish I could have ran in a better group. I didnt feel challenged the whole race. Event comments: I loved this Race. I will definintly come back, but I will sign up with a group next time. Just got to the race and set up didnt eat anything and I wish I did.
swam a little and just talked to the other competors
