Comments: treated the swim as a workout. did not race it just swam it. felt good at my pace did not get cought up in tring to be up front. ended up passing a lot of my group 3/4 through What would you do differently?: maybe push the pace up a little Transition 1

Comments: Ran the 1st 5k good about 11:15 pace, after 2nd water stop I started to cramp up, maybe too much water or the HEED missed me up. I had to start run/walk. late start temps got hot about 89 deg. What would you do differently?: alittle more running leading up to race. to much worring about calfs.... Post race
Warm down: Walk, misters lot of water. What limited your ability to perform faster: 90 deg . temps kick my ass during the run Event comments: Awesome.....CGI is Great 1st time at this distance. 5:00am wake up. on the road by 5:20 arrived at race 5:45. numbered and raced bike/set gear. all ready to go but 7:00 had to wait 2hr till wave start.
light stretching, just relaxed. watched sprinters
