Comments: was aiming for 40:00min. took a GU 20 min before race started. This was my first half and I was surprised at the noise of 459 people hitting the water at the same time. 3/4 of the first lap was insane. Had to breath on one side instead of bi-latteral just cause I had to keep watching infront of me. On the second loop I had the breathing perfect and made up alot of time. What would you do differently?: nothing, great swim for me Transition 1
Comments: ok transition, suit got stuck on my right leg and cost me a few seconds. What would you do differently?: work on getting suit off faster. Bike
Comments: was aiming for 2:50:00 passed alot of people on the hills. nutrition was perfect (infinit). I took 1 soft chew tums at the 15km point (felt gassy)it worked). What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 2
