Comments:

I don't know really why the wheels came off the bus. I just ran out of gas. I started to grey out a little bit at mile 24-25 and just couldn't get it back together. I got really really cold after I finished I thought I might pass out and then I thought that I might have hypothermia I was crazy cold. I stuck to a rigid water and gatorade plan. i grabbed a cup of gatorade and water every other mile and drank four sips max. I ended up losing 5 pounds on the race.
What would you do differently?:

figure out what I did wrong nutritionally. maybe an electrolyte balance. My training was right there. I never got close to threshold. Ave HR was 160 and my threshold is upper 170s.
Post race
Warm down:

got a massage and ate some soup

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nutrition, I guess

Event comments:

This is still the grand daddy of 'em all.
