I was tired after the bike! Tried to keep up a 8.00 mph pace but about half way through I had to decrease my speed b/c my heart rate was 180+

Light stretching and then I went to play football, duh, did not need to do that!

Event comments:

This was a fun race for those new to Tri's, like me! It gave me a feel for how a tri would work and also helped me understand what I am capabable of. I was so proud to have placed 2nd in the women's division!!
