Swim
Comments: The swim was the last event. It was cloudy and crowed. I had a tough time passing in the first lane because it was so narrow. My arms didn't feel real strong and my form went to crap. What would you do differently?: I need to do sets after I'm exhausted. Perhaps bricks with the swim second. Transition 1
Comments: this was the run to bike transition. I have mtn. bike shoes which take a little while to get into. What would you do differently?: nothing, seemed pretty good. Bike
Comments: Felt pretty good out there. Tried to keep it at 24/25 and definitely over 22. I wanted to push myself for the final 5mi, but just wasn't able to. What would you do differently?: Sprint up hills. Transition 2
Comments: This was the bike to swim transition. Did alright, although the run on the pavement was a bit slow. Run
Comments: I tried to go "all out" but didn't. I need to work on pushing my pace. I don't think the extra effort would have hurt me in the other events. Post race

Unpacked, jogged for a bit. Couldn't stop yawning before race.
