Over all a pretty good swim, I did have to stop a brief second to flush out my goggles. I was not able to draft what so ever. My spotting was pretty good, I shaved 2.5 minutes off from last year.

Unsure of the distance???
I derailed on the bottom of a hill, so I had to climb at a dead stop, it probably cost me a minute. Besides that, I think I could have push a lot harder than I did.
What would you do differently?:

Not shift so hard, push harder.
I am quite upset about my bike performance. I should have pushed a little harder and the derailing did not help.

Strange little loop. Nothing spectacular about the run. I managed to run the exact pace as last year, to the second. What are the odds of that? There was a dead deer being eaten by birds on the course. That was rather frightening.

Much better organized than last year. We had to wait a long time for the results though.
