felt better then last year. Took my time and waited for the group to clear out before pushing.

learn bilateral swim. more open water practice.

Could have ran a bit faster out of the water. Overall pretty happy. Changed out of my suit on the felt by my rack. worked out well

Not enough training and I paid for it. Leg cramps around mile two and I had to tough it out.
What would you do differently?:

train, train, train.....make sure I do more off season so I don't pull my calf again.
