 Comments: Swim was a slow one in this race everyones times seemed to be a little slower so it possibly was a little further than 300 meters but i was happy with how i felt during the swim. I tried getting out to the front in the swim this time rather then hanging back it seemed to work well.  Transition 1

 Comments: I was happy with my ride shaved 1 min of bike and 2 transition since the last race 1 month ago so cant complain felt strong on the bike had good cadence set me up for a good run. What would you do differently?: Not waist as much energy powering out of corners.  Transition 2

 Comments: Felt excellent on the run set myself up well on the bike ran first half at a comfortable pace then at turn around picked it up then also picked it up at the toilet block about 400 from finish to finish strong. Woke at 4:30. Had a muffin for breakfast with jam and just kept the fluids up through out the morning. Got to the race at 5:15am registered got numbers done. Transition opened at 5:30 racked bike and set up transition, Then went through my race in my head to make sure i had everything there and it was ready to go. Then checked race map and went down to swim start.
Done some quick burst on my bike.
Knee raises ( on the spot ).
Warm up swim with a few short bursts.
