Comments:

I started wayyyyy in back with slow poeple and in 2 laps I caught 3 people and they third person I lap swam into my side of the lane on the way back he head butted. I lost focus and rhythm and took in about 4 gallons of water . did breast stroke to the way caught my breath and swam on and caught 1 more lady and out the pool. I hated the stairs, WHo builds a pool on the second floor.
What would you do differently?:

I would get myself better googles and swim much much faster burn my arms out since I can relax them on my bike for a few miles while they recoup .

I was going much much faster on my computer on the bike I was doing a steady 17mph but I messed up at the mounting and dismounting area and cost me alot of time.
What would you do differently?:

practice my mounting and dismounting more

I am working on improving my running go faster.

I just wish it was warmer. I had alotttttttt of fun my goal was to finish below 1:30min and I did it and I learnt alot about transitions and will work on them. I have 6 more tri`s to go and maybe an oymplic one at the end of the year. BUT I am HOOKED in Tri`s and I am a Triathlete officaily now lol
