Comments: This run was to replace my long slow run of 18km leading up to the May long weekend 1/2, but as I felt good at the start of the race, decided to run the race more of a race rather than just a long slow practice run. What would you do differently?: Nothing. Post race
Warm down: 10 minutes stretching, followed by eating 2 pancakes with syrup. What limited your ability to perform faster: Weight. Event comments: Small race with around 1200 participants overall for all events.
