Not a bad run. Best previous 5k run in a tri was 33:35, so I will take the small improvement. Finished very strong on the last 100 yards, but could have pushed it earlier.

Needed hydration stations on the bike, or someplace to throw our trash on the bike. Hate to leave it on the side of the road.
