Comments: Good stop could have been a bit faster. What would you do differently?: Put running socks on before the bike instead of before the run. Bike
Comments: Raced hard and took chances on the down hills. found legs at 40 K then road fast. What would you do differently?: Change seat before race. Used a "Spongy Seat" for the race. Transition 2
Comments: Couldn't find hard and sock took a long time to get on. What would you do differently?: pushed myself to go faster in T2 Run
Comments: Started very slow wit small steps. Ran in a controlled fasion staying within myself. Waited for my legs to come back at the 8K mark. Ran a solid sub 5 min per K for he last 7 K. What would you do differently?: Don't panic if legs take longer to come alive that anticipated, Post race
