I had the preparation to finish this race in 55 minutes, but I was slower on every single portion of the race. My mental conditioning was not there and the heat got to me.

Course: Run sucked, the Texas heat got to me. I pushed it way too hard on the first mile. Wanted to run this in under 22 minutes, did the first mile in 7 minutes and then body started to crack. Walked quarter of a mile, picked up my pace. Had to stop again for water, sprinted last quarter. First time I was completely spent after a triathlon.
