Comments: Had GREAT swim, 6th out of the water in my AG which was awesome for me! One minutes faster than last year. Felt steady and confident the whole swim. What would you do differently?: Not much. Seeded myself in front 1/3 which worked well in this small wave of about 60 women? Transition 1
Comments: SLOWWWWWWWWW. Missed my row and lsot about 20 seconds at least. It's a long run from the beach, I was pretty fast doing everything else. What would you do differently?: DON'T miss my row again... Grrrrrr.... Bike
Comments: Course was windy especially down Glenmore and the flats. Overall avg speeds were much lower for everyone this year and probably account for my 2 min loss from last year. Don't feel all that strong up KNox but didn't see my climb time so don't really know. Transition 2
Comments: Did this as fast I could but it's still too slow. Not sure how I can speed it up.... Run
Comments: First 2km were fine - heading toward a 5k time of 28:45. But right ITB locked up at the knee again and I had to slow down, then stop and stretch ITB twice. Post race
Warm down: Chocolate milk, 4 BCAA, and walking/stretching. Also gatorade and water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Poor run again. Slow T times for some reason. Event comments: Very well organized race! Last updated: 2009-03-23 12:00 AM
