Pre-race routine:

Got up early, had a carnation instant breakfast, and my usual morning stuff. Grabbed a Bagel at DunkinDonuts on the way to the race.
Wandered around, setup my transition area, and got a feel for where everything is.
Event warmup:

Easy jogging for 20 min, some easy strides to get the legs moving. Ending about 10 min before my wave was supposed to start.

Might push harder next time if I can work on good balance and being able to swim faster with less kicking.

Remember to put on number belt before unracking the bike.

Maybe get a drink if I wasn't having cramping problems.

walked around a bit until I was cooled off, talked with family... Got a free massage

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramping on the run when I pushed the pace.

Event comments:

Good race, everything went smoothly, lots of bathrooms around, didn't have to use a porta-poty at all...
