Im so in la,la land on swim. If I can't see people, I'm not racing. Need to work on drafting and pushing myself to keep up

got a flat tire at end. couldn't get tire off the wheel. another racer (Bruce from Marin) stopped to help - savior! Took him a long time, but he was able to fix my flat. Yeah!

Took 25 minutes to fix flat - really screwed up my ranking

Loved the course!!!!!!! Felt strong on the hills. Challenging but so doable!

learn how to change a tire fast!

faster on down hills, run course before race to know where to push it

FOOD then easy bike and run back to car

What limited your ability to perform faster:

not being able to change tire quickly. need to improve swim time

I loved this race! Beautiful course, challenging, great support. I was in my happy place durring the entire event!
